invitationThe Research Centre for the Humanities, Hungarian Academy of Sciences will hold its second Refo500 workshop on November 29, 2013, entitled Culture of Migration: Exile and Persecution in Early Modern Europe. The event will take place at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Research Centre for the Humanities, Institute of History in Budapest (1014 Budapest, Úri u. 53., Room 224.) The workshop is part of the research project  Reformation and the Hungarian Culture of Migration: Five Centuries of Survival of Reformed Hungarians all over the World.
The organizers are Dr. Pál Fodor, General Director, RCH, HAS, Head of Organizing Committee; Dr. Teréz Oborni, Organizer, RCH, HAS; Dr. Zsombor Tóth Organizer, RCH, HAS (the contact person for REFO500). Presenters include Herman Selderhuis, Piotr Wilczek, Pál Ács, András Péter Szabó and Zsombor Tóth. The main task of this workshop is to discuss some of those concept, ideas, and perspectives, which are epitomized in the research project of the RCH, HAS submitted to the Reformation Reserarch Consortium.
